From the very beginning Russell walked us through the roofing experience, meeting with us, as well as the insurance adjuster. He was courteous and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond what we would have expected, and at the end of the job did a final inspection to make sure everything was perfect. This is an update to a review given several years ago for Russell Cox and his associates. Russell, over the years, has become a friend and my go to person for pretty much anything that might need attention around my house. He has replaced my roof twice, my windows and doors, and my deck. He has inspected any problems and fixed any concerns I might have within a few days if not immediately.
