As Construction Manager, R Squared Contracting, Inc. provides the planning, scheduling, evaluation and controlling of construction tasks to accomplish the owner's specific objectives by allocating and utilizing appropriate labor, material, and time resources in a manner that minimize costs and maximizes owner satisfaction. R Squared Contracting will assist the owner in identifying and controlling the cost, time, quality, scope and function of their project by implementing and monitoring project controls.

Construction Management functions include but are not limited to estimating costs, administering contracts, managing the project site and construction operations, planning and scheduling the projects activities, evaluating the projects performance, as well as monitoring project quality.
